We took on the exciting challenge of innovating the treatment management process across KeepSmiling’s 3D printing, orthodontics, marketing, technology, and finance teams. Through user interviews and with the goal of reducing unnecessary interactions between these groups and patients, we designed a simple, streamlined experience that dramatically improved communication, coordination, and overall efficiency.
We believe true product success isn’t just about the launch, as if it were a simple switch. The real success was enabling KeepSmiling to provide evolutionary care for their digital product, offering immediate responses to customers, gathering feedback, and, most importantly, steadily advancing through the Product Lifecycle.
Krona’s updated brand and web experience now reflect the same intention and excellence found in their buildings. The new site increased project inquiries, improved presentation flow for clients and juries, and helped secure three new commissions within the first 60 days of launch.
